We\u2019ll walk you through a case study from a corporate alumni community and then provide you with guided exercises and prompts to start creating your own personas.<\/p>\n<p>Our audience members come from higher education, enterprise, and membership associations, and so you\u2019ll be able to hear from other community builders in each of these sectors during our group activities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"qiwio-embed\" style=\"position: relative;
